SUMMARY:G-BA Rechtssymposium: Sektorenübergreifende Versorgungsplanung im Lichte der Krankenhausreform
\n\n\n\nÜbertragung via Online-Livestream (bzw. SUMMARY:EAEP-Event “The European Health Data Space (EHDS): a European sine qua non to improve patients’ health and reduce healthcare costs?”
DESCRIPTION:This in-person EHDS event – organised by the European Association of E-Pharmacies (EAEP) – presents high-level policymakers and stakeholders on key themes surrounding the digital health domain (e.g. electronic prescription and health data sharing)\, both from the EU and national perspective. As a common European regulatory framework for the sharing of health data for primary (healthcare providers) and secondary (research and innovation) uses\, the European Health Data Space (EHDS) will have a major impact on the national and regional level. \n\n\n\nAs innovative healthcare providers\, with sound experience in providing high-quality national and cross-border digital health services\, online pharmacies can contribute to making the EHDS a success. As the event will take place at the heart of German policymaking\, a dedicated panel discussion – next to showcasing benefits and experiences of other EU countries – will be aimed at taking stock of the implementation of electronic prescription in Germany as well as future scenarios. \n\n\n\nRegistration via Eventbrite is offered free of charge on the EAEP event website. \n\n\n\nAgenda \n\n\n\n09:00 – 09:30 Arrival and Coffee \n\n\n\n09:30 – 09:40 Opening \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nKristin Johansen\, Ministry Counsellor\, Royal Norwegian Embassy in Berlin\n\n\n\nWalter Hess\, EAEP President\n\n\n\nMartin Bumm\, Chair EAEP E-Health Committee\n\n\n\n\n09:40 – 10:05 Keynote – EU PerspectiveFulvia Raffaelli\, Head of Unit Digital Health\, EC \n\n\n\n10:05 – 10:20 Key Input – Best Practice SwedenMaria Bäcklund Hassel\, International Coordinator\, Swedish eHealth Agency \n\n\n\n10:20 – 11:10 Panel DiscussionE-prescription from the perspective of member states and e-pharmacies \n\n\n\n\nColin Deeny\, Managing Director Inish Pharmacy\n\n\n\nEdwin Hermkens\, Co-founder MedApp\n\n\n\nMaria Bäcklund Hassel\, International Coordinator\, Swedish eHealth Agency\n\n\n\n\n11:10 – 11:45 Coffee Break \n\n\n\n11:45 – 12:00 Key Input – Digitalisierung im Gesundheitswesen: Die 42-Milliarden-Euro-Chance für DeutschlandStefan Biesdorf\, Partner McKinsey \n\n\n\n12:00 – 12:50 Panel DiscussionE-Rezept Umsetzung in Deutschland: Nutzen für PatientInnen zwischen Niedrigschwelligkeit und Datenschutz \n\n\n\n\nStefan Biesdorf\, Partner McKinsey\n\n\n\nMaximilian Funke-Kaiser\, MdB\, Digitalpolitischer Sprecher FDP-Bundestagsfraktion\n\n\n\nBirgit Bauer\, Data Save Lives Deutschland\n\n\n\n\n12:50 – 13:00 ClosingWalter Hess\, EAEP President \n\n\n\n13:00 – 14:00 Lunch and Networking
